Since there is no school due to the epidemic, take advantage of your free time at home to read books, comics, magazines and Web pages in English. To practise your writing skills, you can keep a journal, where you write anything you want. For example, today's weather, your feelings or frustrations, etc. You can do the same thing in French!
Do what you can, even 30 minutes a day is a good start! Good luck!
